Get to know Eric Leathem

Eric Leathem is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in financial services, operations and client service. Throughout his career, Eric has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring operational efficiency. His extensive knowledge spans various aspects of financial services, including account management, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance. Eric is dedicated to fostering positive client relationships and providing support that enables clients to achieve their financial goals with confidence.

Outside of work, Eric cherishes spending time with his family, particularly supporting his three daughters’ involvement in competitive dance. Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Leah, whom he married in 2010 and assisting her with their apparel printing business that they started in 2015.  Eric has a passion for sports and outdoor activities, having previously volunteered 14 years with a local fire department, serving in various positions from Lieutenant to Deputy Chief. At the age of 42, Eric took up ice hockey and found a new love for the sport. He also enjoys skiing and Jeep rides with his family during the summer, relishing the freedom of driving without a roof or doors whenever possible.
